In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Game and ceasing all use of it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
